The goal of this project was to create an easy to understand analysis of the use and function of learner analytics in the popular canvas learning management system (LMS).

Learning analytics are becoming a critical part of learner, educator, and administrator's lives. This project analyzed the use of learner analytics within the Canvas Data Portal product associated with the Canvas LMS.
The first part of the project was to review the tool, its functionality, benefits, and challenges. Then to present this information in an easy to understand format.
The artifact to the left was created using Canva and has been embedded for demonstration.
High level detail was provided using layouts to group and highlight key information.
The analysis itself focused on themes such as the business, user experience, adoption, and learning.
For this project, I was responsible for both the analysis of the Canvas Data Portal as well as the creation of the Canva presentation. This required me to understand the use of learning analytics, how they were being implemented within the product, and how to present those findings in an easy to understand format.
