About Me

For the last 12 years, I have worked in education technology combining my technical expertise and business background. The majority of that time was spent telecommuting, giving me plenty of experience working remote that I hope to bring to the team.

I joined the team at Lexia Learning from ASU Prep Digital, a fully virtual K12 charter program affiliated with Arizona State University, where I served as an engineering manager and technical manager. Before that I was a senior implementation manager with Desire2Learn supporting K12 organizations in using the D2L Learning Management System.

Born in New Orleans, I’ve since lived all over including Nashville, Montana, Switzerland, Boston, and Savannah. Three years ago, my family moved to the Pine Barrens region of New Jersey. Through all those moves, I’ve picked up a number of hobbies including gaming (video/tabletop/board), playing ice hockey, coaching and referee-ing roller derby, reading (scifi/fantasy mostly), and competing in Highland games
